Understanding and Working with Minority Ethnic Groups
A one day unique training and development programme designed to help
managers avoid discrimination and effectively promote race equality
2. Personal Effectiveness Training for Ethnic Minority Staff in
Public Sector Organisations.
This 2 day course is designed to give ethnic minorities staff
working in public sector organisations the knowledge and skills to
maximise their potential and advance their career.
3. Age Diversity in the Workplace
As a one day training course this programme will help you to explore
the issue that affect your capacity to be an age positive employer
as well as helping you to identify the steps you need to take to
fully comply with the Employment Equality (Age) Regulations 2006.
4. Religion and Belief
This award winning training programme on religion diversity seeks to
impact at three levels – the individual as a person – the workplace
and society. The programme explores the beliefs and practices of the
main faiths and provides an overview of the equality provisions
contained in the Employment Equality (Religion and Belief)
Regulation 2003. This is a half day training programme.
5. Managing Diversity in the Workplace
This one day programme aims to improve the effectiveness of
organisations by ensuring that everyone who works for them can
realise their potential.
Aimed at diversity officers, senior and middle managers, human
resources, equal opportunities advisers and everyone with a general
interest in diversity.
The programme is suitable for public, private and voluntary sector
organisations and includes an half day consultation service to
support the implementation of action plan.
6. Diversity Challenge
This one day programme is for diversity/equality practitioners, HR
personnel, policy makers, supervisors, managers, in public, private
and voluntary sector organisations. Their roles may be in corporate
or inline functions in the organisation.
The workshop is designed to guide you in understanding the value and
cost of diversity and how to create strategies for sustainable
change in your organisation or team, and reduce stress and anxiety
in the workplace.
7. Equality and Diversity a Beginners Guide
As a one day on site or off site programme this workshop is most
suitable for anyone new to equality and diversity or wishing to
extend their basic knowledge of the subject in learning how to
manage or work with diverse staff. The course explores the
difference between diversity and equality opportunities as well as
the role of perception in diversity management. It also provides a
simple and effective plan for implementing good practice.
